Most people who look for psychological help spend the first weeks not on the help itself but on working out who to go to. Psycho Navigation exists for that: a short conversation with a professional whose only task is to point you in the right direction.

Psycho Education is the other half: material that can be worked through alone, at whatever pace suits, without an appointment and without explaining yourself to anybody.
