Version 1.0 | 5 October 2026
1. Purpose
This policy sets out the rules for cancelling, withdrawing from and refunding Psycho Navigation, psychological counselling, training, psychoeducation and digital products.
2. The basic commercial rule
If the user cancels a booked session or service, does not attend, or asks for it to be rebooked, as a rule the money is not refunded and the service is not rebooked. This does not restrict the rights guaranteed by law.
3. Psycho Navigation
Psycho Navigation is a service of approximately 30 minutes with a 15-minute technical and organisational buffer, held by Google Meet video call. If the user is late or does not attend, the time of the service may be shortened or treated as unused, in accordance with the specific terms and the law. A request to rebook does not automatically give a right to rebooking or to a refund.
4. Psychological counselling
When booking, the user chooses a specific time. If the user cancels, postpones or does not attend, the money is ordinarily not refunded and the session is not rebooked. If the service could not take place for reasons attributable to the platform or the service provider, the matter is resolved by the law and the terms of the specific offer.
5. The 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract
For a distance contract for services, the user has, apart from the exceptions provided by law, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days; for services this period, as a rule, runs from the conclusion of the contract. If the service has been performed in full with the user's prior consent and the informed acknowledgement the law requires, an exception may apply. Where the user asks for the service to begin within the 14-day period, the special rules established by law apply.
6. Digital products
Access to a digital product is, as a rule, given once payment is confirmed. If supply began immediately with the user's prior consent, and the user knew that they would thereby lose the right of withdrawal in the cases provided by law, the corresponding exception applies. In the case of a technical fault or a non-conforming product, the user's rights are determined by the law in force.
7. Training
Specific cancellation and refund terms for a training may be stated on the training's page. Where nothing else is stated, the basic rule of this policy and the rights guaranteed by law apply.
8. Psychoeducation
Independent psychoeducation material is subject to the rules on digital content, including the requirements of the law on prior consent and the loss of the right of withdrawal, where they apply.
9. How to request a refund
Where a refund is provided for by law or by the specific terms, the user should write to us at annazedginidze11@gmail.com, stating their first and last name, the order or payment reference, the service or product, and the grounds of the request. Where the law provides for it, the money is returned in the manner the law establishes, as a rule by the same means of payment that was used.
10. What is not an automatic ground for a refund
- simply changing one's mind, where there is no right of withdrawal under the law or other mandatory ground;
- not attending at the booked time;
- the user being late;
- a problem with the user's device or internet connection, where the platform was technically available;
- no longer wishing to use a digital product, where an exception provided by law applies.
11. Priority of rights protected by law
No commercial rule may be interpreted as restricting a mandatory right the law grants to the user. In the event of a conflict, the law prevails.
12. Claims
Claims and refund requests are accepted at: annazedginidze11@gmail.com. The user may use the protection mechanisms provided by law and apply to a court.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated because of changes in the services, the payment processes or the law in force.
