Details of the trader and service provider: Individual Entrepreneur Anna Zedginidze, identification number 47001023303, personal number 47001023303, operating under the name PSYCHOCAMPUS / ფსიქოკამპუსი (hereinafter "PsychoCampus"). Address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo District, Didi Dighomi Settlement, Giorgi Brtskinvale Street, No. 46, Apartment 1002a; email: annazedginidze11@gmail.com; telephone: +995555116923.

The description, price, duration and other essential terms stated on the page of a particular service or on the website form part of the corresponding order or agreement.

2. Applicable law

The platform operates in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, including the laws in force on consumer protection, electronic commerce and personal data protection. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory right the law grants to the user, the law prevails.

3. Services of the platform

  • Psycho Navigation: a paid meeting of approximately 30 minutes, with a 15-minute technical and organisational buffer, held online by Google Meet video call. Its purpose is an initial assessment of needs and help in choosing a suitable direction or specialist.
  • Psychological counselling: an online consultation by video call (Google Meet). It is not a medical or psychiatric service.
  • Training: educational programmes whose format and terms are set out in the specific offer.
  • Psychoeducation: educational material to be worked through independently.
  • Digital products: video courses, text materials, e-books and other digital educational content.

4. Nature of the psychological services

The psychological services are intended for support and counselling and must not be taken for a medical or psychiatric service, a diagnosis or emergency help, unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise. In the event of an immediate danger, the user must contact the appropriate emergency or medical service.

5. Registration and account

When creating an account, the user must give correct and up-to-date information and keep their account details safe. Registration may be made by email, or with a Google or Facebook account where that option is available. The data received through a social sign-in depends on the integration and on the permissions the user grants.

The platform may temporarily restrict or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms or of the law, or of a security risk; this does not restrict the rights protected by law.

6. Terms of Psycho Navigation and meetings

  1. The standard length of the Psycho Navigation service is 30 minutes, with 15 minutes provided as a technical and organisational buffer.
  2. The meeting is held by Google Meet video call, the link to which is sent when the booking is confirmed; the user is responsible for their own internet connection and device.
  3. A booked time is a specific slot; lateness or non-attendance may be treated as the service not having been used.
  4. As a commercial rule, a session booked on the user's initiative is not rebooked and is not voluntarily refunded.
  5. If the service could not take place for reasons attributable to the platform or the service provider, the matter is resolved in accordance with the specific terms and the law.

7. Referral to a specialist

As a result of Psycho Navigation, the user may be connected with a suitable specialist or service direction. A recommendation is not a diagnosis or a medical opinion. If the service is provided by an independent specialist, the user is informed of that status in advance.

8. Training and psychoeducation

The content, format, length and technical requirements of training and psychoeducation are set out in the corresponding offer. Educational material is not a basis for professional or medical decisions.

9. Digital products

Access to a digital product is, as a rule, given once payment is confirmed. Any specific period of access is stated in the product description. A purchase does not transfer copyright; the user receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.

10. Prices and payment

The price is stated in the corresponding offer. Payment may be made by bank card, Google Pay and other methods available on the platform. The payment is processed by the provider actually used.

11. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

The platform's commercial rule is that if the user cancels a booked service, does not attend, or asks for it to be rebooked, the money is ordinarily not refunded and the session is not rebooked.

Where a service has been performed in full, or the supply of digital content has begun, the special conditions and exceptions provided by law apply. Where the platform is required by law to refund money, the refund is made in the manner the law establishes.

12. Minors

The platform may be used by minors, although a specific service may depend on age, on the nature of the service and on the law. Consent-based processing of the data of a minor under 16 requires the consent of a parent or other legal representative; additional requirements apply to special categories of data. The platform takes reasonable steps to verify such consent and has regard to the best interests of the child.

13. Intellectual property

The website, design, texts, videos, audio, courses, e-books, logos and other material are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorised copying, distribution, sale or commercial use is not permitted, except where the law allows it.

14. User conduct

  • Using the platform for an unlawful purpose is prohibited.
  • Using another person's account, obtaining data unlawfully, or circumventing the security of the system is prohibited.
  • Threats, insults, harassment or discrimination against a specialist, an employee or a user are prohibited.
  • Recording, distributing or commercially using the platform's material without permission is prohibited.

15. Technical availability

The platform aims for uninterrupted availability, but interruptions may occur because of technical work, the internet or third-party services. This does not exclude the liability established by law.

16. Liability

The platform is liable for performing the obligations imposed on it by law and by the terms of the specific service. These Terms do not exclude liability where such a limitation is not permitted by law. Psychological counselling does not guarantee any particular result.

17. Change of legal form or of the service provider

The operator of the platform may, in the manner established by law, update its legal, identification and contact information at any time, including changing its legal address, actual address, email address, telephone number, website address, banking or payment information and other similar details.

Such details may be changed independently from the platform's administration system by a duly authorised person, provided the change does not conflict with the law in force.

The operator of the platform may also change its legal form or reorganise its activity, including moving from the status of an individual entrepreneur to a legal entity, transferring the activity to another legal person, or making another kind of legal change.

Such a change does not of itself cancel the user's account, a current order, a purchased digital product, a service, or any other right the user has lawfully acquired.

If the activity, or the corresponding rights and obligations, are lawfully transferred to another legal person, the existing relationships, rights and obligations with the user continue with the successor or the new service provider, unless the law in force provides otherwise.

18. Claims and disputes

Claims are accepted at: annazedginidze11@gmail.com. The user may use the protection mechanisms provided by law, such as applying to a court.

19. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy, and cookies by the Cookie Policy.

20. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated because of changes in the law, the services or technical processes. For significant changes, where the law requires it, the user is notified by publication on this website.
